Absolutely. Depending on the severity of the behavior, your budget, and how quickly you’d like it to improve, we may recommend a stay & train engagement or a multi-session training plan.

Surrendering your dog is a personal choice, but dog fights can be triggered by many things – resource guarding (a person, toy, food, bed, etc.), poor social skills, lack of human leadership, etc. We recommend having us evaluate your dogs to start, and possibility have one or both dogs enroll in our stay & train program to target the triggers, and then work with you to recognize possible conflicts and how to manage them.
These may be an option depending on your dog’s age, size, and sensitivity, but are not appropriate for all dogs. When used correctly, these training tools can be helpful in shaping or completing behaviors, and for the safety of you and your dog. Please contact a professional trainer to learn how to correctly use these before putting one on your dog.
