Cancellation Policy

Individual training sessions or training walks - You must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid being charged for the session. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged at the current rates. For pre-paid packages, a late cancellation or no-show will be charged as a single visit against your remaining sessions. No refunds are available for pre-paid packages or gift certificates.

1/2 day training sessions - You must notify us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled time to avoid being charged for the session. Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows will be charged at the current rate.
Stay & Train reservations - Your initial deposit of 50% of the total due is non-refundable. In order to receive a refund of the remaining 50% of your deposit, you must notify us at least 14 days prior to the first scheduled day of the reservation. Cancellations within 14 days or no-shows will not be issued a refund.
